The graphic shows that signal status in the CM3 area, and red means problems. Despite many attemtps to report this all the parties concerned, no one has shown any interest in investigating and resolving. The reasons, we have to conclude, is that those responsible know there is no cure, and that once all activity has been chaed of UHF band 4 to online, these issues will be a distant memory.
